We realized pretty quickly when we started thinking about making ski pole baskets that we weren't going to be ok with being responsible for putting more forever plastics out into our landfills and oceans.
That's why we've worked with our partners at Alegenesis Materials to create what we believe to be the world's first 100% biodegradable ski pole basket. Also, heads up, they're made from plants!
We hope this never happens, but if your baskets do end up in the landfill, or floating in the ocean, they'll only be there for 6 to 9 months. That feels good, right?
